Gingham – not to be confused with gangnam: a cotton fabric, usually woven of two colored yarns in a checked or striped design. Best when paired with cotton or lightweight wool suit. And ensure your necktie isn’t terribly wide, as a bulbous knot just won’t do. We recommend 2.5 – 3.0 inches for the width.
